What Beginners can Expect on their First Pole Class

When most people hear pole dancing, their minds immediately jump to images of the girls making sharp turns and twist around a pole that looks almost impossible for anyone to replicate. But the good news is when you join a pole dancing class, you are not going to ask to perform those brilliant moves on the very first day. The routine and exercise regime of pole dancing classes for beginners are different and they are scientifically chalked out.

So if you are curious about trying out your first pole-dancing class but not quite sure what to expect, we have you covered.

The Pole Walk-
This is one of the first moves you will learn when going to a pole dance class. You can even practice this without a pole.

Pole Spin-
Basic pole spins will be some of the first tricks you will learn if you were taking a pole dancing class or lesson

Aerial Invert-
In order to perform an aerial invert, you need to first master and have a strong basic invert as well as good core strength to get your legs up over your head without the help of a kick from the ground.

The Pole Over-
This move is pretty easy and takes a little flexibility to bend all the way over to touch your toes.

As the day passes, the instructor will give you more difficult moves that you can easily handle. But be sure you don’t have to be on full throttle on the very beginning of your pole class.

If you’re searching for something to keep you motivated and challenged then pole dancing is best. Pole dancing takes the boredom out of burning calories & delivers you with a workout that will keep you motivated through achievement in each and every class. Be sure to arrive with dry skin! Don’t add lotions before your class as the oils will cause you to slip and slide, that can be dangerous.
